We developed our new Flex water-based adhesives to run right on your flexographic equipment. The Flex line includes nine Covinax® adhesives for permanent, removable and specialty applications and two Micronax® microsphere adhesives for jobs that require repositionable adhesives, such as sticky notes and repositionable packaging. Micronax adhesives enable you to create unique pieces that can be lifted and re-applied over and over again.

One of Our Best Features: ASI Cover Story on Micronax

Printers and coaters alike know the value of good coverage. So you’ll appreciate the kind of coverage Adhesives and Sealants Industry (ASI) magazine gave our new line of Micronax microsphere adhesives in its October 2010 issue.

ASI featured “Microsphere Adhesives Open a World of Possibilities” as its cover story. Mike Witte, who is the business manager, pressure sensitive adhesives, for Franklin Adhesives & Polymers, bylined the article, which discusses microsphere technology – the most repositionable adhesive developed to date – and our new line of Micronax microsphere adhesives.

As the article states, microsphere technology was developed in 1968 and subsequently appeared as a strip on the back of repositionable notepaper. But our new Micronax adhesives also are of note: By varying the sizes of the particles, or spheres, that give microsphere adhesives such high repositionability, we have made our Micronax microspheres more versatile – to fit more applications.
